Anne Auve

Paralegal & Office Manager

Anne has lived in Texas and Maryland before settling permanently in Washington. She graduated from Central Washington University, and joined the firm in 2010. More recently, Anne entered the Washington State Law Clerk Program (APR 6), which is an alternative to law school as a means of learning the law and qualifies to sit for the State Bar Exam in the near future. When she is not studying, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, or being by the water.

Juliann Ray

Recording Specialist

Juliann grew up in Southern California and received her BA and teaching certificate from Cal State Fullerton and San Francisco State. She is a former teacher and stay-at-home mom. When she is not at the office or spending time with her family, she enjoys knitting, quilting, yoga and walking the family dog. She is the recording specialist for the law firm.

Thea Ocfemia

Paralegal & Assistant Office Manager

Thea Ocfemia grew up in Snohomish County. She graduated from Edmonds Woodway High School and is graduating from the Edmonds College Paralegal program this Spring.

She joined the firm in 2019 as a legal assistant and is now a paralegal and our assistant office manager. Thea enjoys both the legal and administrative blend that is her role.

In her free time, Thea enjoys spending time with her family, finding good restaurants, and listening to live music.

Abigail Vannice

Paralegal

Abby is originally from Tri-Cities, Washington. She is a Double Dawg, having received her Bachelor’s in Law, Economics & Public Policy and has now completed her Master of Jurisprudence while serving on the Student Advisory Board at the University of Washington School of Law.

She has also had the opportunity to intern for Homeland Security Investigations, with a focus in cybersecurity. Abby has been recognized as a recipient for the Husky 100 award for 2024, by exemplifying the Husky Experience inside the classroom, in our communities, and beyond. During her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and photography.

Shayna Stout

Paralegal

After working as a family law paralegal, a court researcher and writer, and a deed and mortgage recorder for a real estate title insurance company, Shayna now assists our deed specialist and is excited to be learning more about estate planning. When she’s not working, she treasures the time she gets to spend with her young daughter and her husband. In her free time, she and her daughter enjoy playing run and chase outside, craft projects and having as many dance parties as they can fit into their day.

Kim Galvan

Paralegal

Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Kimberly moved to Lynnwood, Washington at 18 years old wanting to pursue a different lifestyle. Kimberly has always had an interest in the Legal and Medical field. She was a caregiver for over 5 years and now taking a shift with working as a legal assistant for our firm! Kim is looking forward to growing with us and to continue making connections with our current and future clients!
